As Governor of New Mexico, It is an honor to recognize Casa de Cultura, the citizens of Las Vegas, and the students of Robertson and West Las Vegas High School’s for their hard work on “The People’s History of El Norte” mural.

I would also like to recognize Rock Ulibarri, who is the mural director for Casa de Cultura, for his tireless efforts in working on the mural and preparing and teaching the youth of Las Vegas to help make this mural a reality.
