Cinco De Mayo
Cesar Chavez was born in Yuma, Arizona on March 31, 1927 and died April 23, 1993. He was an American farm worker, labor leader and civil rights activist who with Dolores Huerta, co-founded the United Farm Workers Union.
He popularized the slogan "Si se Puede," which has been copied by many politicians since his death. "Huelga," or strike, resounded across several continents urging people and institutions to support farmworkers strikes and boyotts. He died as a result of a fast attempting to the suffering of farmworkers and their families.

On the program is Aztec Ceremony, Mariachi De Lo De Mora, County Commissioner Rock Ulibarri, Los Trinos Band, Studio B and Kenny Medina y Suspiro
Free and open to the public, reserved seating for the elders, & food booths.
